La serie drammatica segue le imprese di quattro fratelli irlandesi, Jimmy (Thomas Guiry), Kevin (Billy Lush), Tommy (Jonathan Tucker) e Sean Donnelly (Michael Stahl-David), ed il loro coinvolgimento nel crimine organizzato nel quartiere di “Hell’s Kitchen” a New York. Nonostante quanto capiterà loro, i fratelli Donnelly farYears sempre il possibile per proteggersi a vicenda.
La serie è introdotta e narrata da Joey “Ice Cream” (Keith Nobbs), amico d’infanzia dei Donnelly.
